Being happy is really important, but like other people sometimes I need a jump start.


Do you ever find somedays you just cannot be bothered, you are walking through treacle you need a rocked up your backside to get going.


Do you have anything you do to lift your mood, to inject some energy into your day?


I love having a coffee, some cake whilst out in the freshair, these are great days out.


I also love listening to music, and loud enough to vibrate things off the speaker. One of my faviourites is Keep On Jumping it is a before gym type of song to get my blood flowing and ready to train.
